Electronic Signal Hose Clamp Install Tool

Developed concurrently with the new Wireless Signal Hose Clamp Install Tool, the new Electronic Signal Hose Clamp Install Tool will detect a proper hose clamp release and signal the plant floor control system. This signal is normally used to determine whether the part or assembly is ready to leave the work station. The PLC cable supplies 24 VDC to the tool and the internal circuitry.

Note: This tool only works with POPP style hose clamps (Pre-Opened, Pre-Positioned):
  Features:
  • Tips can be custom made to suit most hose clamp applications.
  • Tips are designed to prevent side movement, preserve flex symmetry, and maximize the contact area for clamps.
  • 24 VDC PLC cable included.
  • Easily adjustable force curves (low-pass, high-pass, slope) for good / bad clamp conditions.
