MARKING PRESET TORQUE WRENCHES
Ink, Punch & Paint

BELKNAP’S MARKING PRESET TORQUE WRENCHES are designed for FINAL TORQUE VERIFICATION only, and are not intended to be used for torquing down the fastener. They will leave a positive mark (ink, indentation or paint) for torque verification, so that a simple visual inspection is all that is needed to confirm that torque has been applied. THEY WILL NOT MARK ACCIDENTALLY. All marking torque wrenches are custom made to suit your application. Read more about our Preset Torque Wrenches.

INK MARKING Preset Torque Wrenches

Accuracy is ± 4%.
Only torques in CW direction.
Manually operated.
Non-coagulating ink, includes one
pre-installed and one replacement.
Available ink colors are Red, Blue,
Yellow, Green and White.
Felt tip left uncovered after long periods of time may require minimal priming.
Approximate ink cartridge cycles is 350-400 and dependent upon the operator/application.

PUNCH MARKING Preset Torque Wrenches

Accuracy is ± 4%.

Only torques in CW direction.

Requires 90 psi standard, non-lubricated
shop air.

Replaceable striking pins will eventually become a bit dull and will need to be easily
re-sharpened on a belt sander. Over time,
the overall reach will be diminished and
the striking pin will need to be replaced.

Approximate striking pin cycles are Steel = 750, Brass = 1,500, operator/ application dependent. This will need to be monitored according to your production volumes.

PAINT MARKING Preset Torque Wrenches

Accuracy is ± 4%.Requires 90 psi standard, non-lubricated shop air. Maintenance free, the paint orifice cleans itself after every
use to maintain proper flow, with no
priming after long down times.

Only torques in CW direction.

Paint color is available in yellow only.

Maintains consistent, non-drip paint application, with no overspray.

Disposable yellow paint cartridges can be easily and
quickly changed without tools, and has a 6 month shelf life.
