The Van F. Belknap Co. Ink Marking Torque Wrenches will leave a positive mark on a nut, bolt or stud end when the preset torque value of the torque wrench is reached: IT WILL NOT MARK ACCIDENTALLY. When torque verification is required, the Ink Marking Torque Wrench will provide visual, semi-permanent proof that the bolted connection was torqued.

We have provided two different series to choose from for your applications. The NSIM (Side Ink Marker) Series is for air conditioning connectors, nuts or bolts where proof-of-torque would be marked on the side of the fastener. The NTIM (Top Ink Marker) Series is for applications where proof-of-torque would be marked on the top of the bolt or the end of a protruding stud. The NSIM Series and the NTIM Series DO NOT require shop air.

Additional applications are:

ABS systems, air conditioning systems.
Oil injectors and fuel injectors.

Features:
Special adapters / sockets are available when you specify the type of opening and size of fittings. Please check for size availability. Marks bolt in hard to reach places or dark areas where visual check is needed. Tool can be customized to adapt to clearance problems. Torque is preset and tamper proof. Production line tested.		Ink color is available in yellow, blue, red, green and white. Marks ONLY when preset torque is reached. Completely self-contained. Tools utilize the accuracy and repeatability of the proven Belknap click style torque wrenches. Uses mechanical actuator for marking control. Ink cartridge is easy to refill and features a replaceable tip. Accuracy = ± 4%.

Torque capacity of drive end or socket may be limited by torque output. Please check your requirements.

Ink cartridge life expectancy: 350-400 cycles.
