Electronic Signal Preset Torque Wrenches

Used for error-proofing on assembly lines, electronic signaling torque wrenches have a built in electrical relay that closes when the torque setting is reached. This relay signal is normally used by a Plant Logic Controller (PLC) to determine whether the part or assembly is ready to leave the workstation. Electronic signaling wrenches do not require post-inspection since the PLC knows in real-time whether or not the torque wrench setting has been reached. If no relay signal was received by the PLC from the workstation, the PLC can be programmed to stop the assembly line. If the workstation has multiple fasteners to tighten, the PLC can count the number of wrench cycles achieved and release the component when ready, or the wrench relay can be fitted with a special counter that sends a single signal to the PLC when the total count has been reached.
Accepts all standard Belknap drive ends. Custom cable lengths available.
Wrench Accuracy: ±4% bidirectionally.
